Cloud platform for an IoT device manufacturer
Our client develops and manufactures modular Linux-powered controllers for automation and monitoring. These controllers are used across a variety of sectors, including oil well management, climate control systems in major retail and fast-food chains, office buildings, private homes, and entire residential districts.
We have successfully designed and launched an MVP for a Cloud Platform that enables device owners to monitor and control this devices remotely via the internet.
In just 3 months we were able to launch a product which provides SSH and HTTPS tunnels to any specific device at the push of a button in the web interface. All built with industry-grade security, based device’s on-chip cryptography.
Additionally, this platform’s architecture allows it to be installed on-premises for clients with additional requirements for security and reliability. This was successfully confirmed by client's engineers during their testing.
Preliminary testing has shown a strong interest from our client's clients in participating in a beta test of the platform, with user feedback being overwhelmingly favourable.

We have weekly client-team sync meetings, where developers demo their work results and plan work for the next week.
In the beginning of each month we will plan number of developers involved in particular project and at the end of each month we will provide an invoice for our services.
